The help and care I have received from Lorne (Ryan) and his entire staff has been tremendous. I chose acupuncture as a last resort to a chronic problem I was having - I wish it was the first thing I did. I have seen excellent results and Lorne and his staff have always gone above and beyond to ensure I had the best service and treatment possible. I strongly recommend Acubalance to all of my friends and family who may benefit from the clinic.

Lorne is incredibly passionate about his work, in fact his enthusiasm is admirable. His patients get the benifit of that. Lorne has been a great listener and compassionate to my situation. He's working with me on my infertility issues and guiding me through the IVF process with goal of not having to go there. Whether I get blessed with the gift of conception and carrying a baby term, my time at acubalance will not be "all for not"' Acubalance has given me more awareness about health and state of mind that will stay with me for years to come. I also like the fact that Lorne is accessible by email and responds timely. I really get the sense he's working for me which is quite comforting and unfortunately uncommon in the broad health industry. The price of the service adds up quick since most benefit plans carry a limited amount for Acupuncture but in spite of this, if you are seeking an acupuncturist, I'd highly recommend Lorne.

Lorne and his team at Acubalance do a great job in making you feel relaxed and at ease when you step in the door. They are very polite professional and always helpful. Cayla at the front desk greeting you and helping to accommodate appointments is always positive and delivers amazing customer service. With trying to concieve there are numerous emotions and the clinic and treatments have been helpful with reducing my stress and anxiety. I would strongly recommend these treatments to anyone with or without an extended health care plan as they are worth the money. I only wish this would become part of our medical as everyone can benefit regardless of your situation as it provides optimized health.

Lorne and his entire staff team are amazing. They are very knowledgeable about the most up to date treatments and I sincerely believe they are the reason I was able to have both my daughters through fertility treatments. SO many times the doctors at our fertility clinic would say...no one has such success with Superovulation and I always felt it was due to the work of Acubalance. Lorne is professional, caring and knowledgeable. The staff team are so caring and lovely at every visit. They go over and above knowing that often you are visiting under stress and frustration. I always left feeling better than when I arrived both emotionally and physically. Each appointment was dedicated to me. I never felt rushed or ignored. There was always time to express concerns or celebrate small successes. I always felt Lorne and his team were behind me in my journey. Wish I still needed to go..best way to relax and get balanced.

Lorne and the team at Acubalance helped me through both pregnancy and fertility challenges over the last 9 years. At a time when I felt concern for the health of my breech and preterm baby, Lorne jumped right in with a timely treatment plan and a caring confidence. Later when I experienced secondary infertility, I immediately turned to Lorne, whom I trusted and relied upon and I am happy to report I went on to give birth to a second healthy baby. The team at Acubalance are knowledgeable and caring and I would recommend any woman preparing for pregnancy to make Acubalance a part of her health care plan. I look forward to the day when such treatments are a standard part of our health care system.

I'm very grateful to Lorne and to the whole staff at Acubalance. They provide professional care and yet at the same time Acubalance feels more like a spa than a clinic. My health has greatly improved in many ways with acupuncture, herbs and supplements. Lorne is very resourceful and always has many solutions to offer me with any of my health concerns. He is very positive, helpful, professional and I would recommend him and Acubalance to anyone interested in improving their health!

After a year of not being able to conceive at all, a friend referred me to Acubalance and I wish I had seen Dr. Brown earlier. This clinic is a special place where you will feel respected, supported and cared for. I was able to conceive twice since coming here and although they ended in miscarriage, Dr. Brown was very supportive. It's so comforting to know that he is well informed on the latest research and will frequently integrate evidenced based treatments into our care to ensure we reach our goal of having a baby.
