Totally agree with this last review. Very arrogant--had too many patients 'on the go' as I was being treated. He had to freeze me three times because he kept leaving the room and the novocaine would wear off---I should have left. I've had nothing but problems with my root canal ever since. Avoid!

He broke my son's tooth and blamed it on an invisible fracture. Was arrogant and scornful when I questioned him about it. Facetiously suggested he would refund my money and extract the tooth. I wouldn't let him near the tooth again!

OMG!! I have been living with a painful tooth for 5 years and I have been so afraid of the day that a root canal would be needed. I was so afraid to have this done but I have to say that Dr. Usher was absolutely amazing. He is a sweet guy with a gentle nature about him and immediately he makes you feel at ease. The root canal was honestly the most painless dental procedure I have ever had. My last cleaning hurt more! I had the root canal this morning and the freezing is gone now and other than tenderness from having my mouth open for a while, I have no pain so far. I would highly recommend Dr. Usher to anyone needing a root canal. His staff was also so wonderful. Everyone was respectful and helpful and I feel confident that if I did have any issues arise, his team would assist me in any way possible. I wish there was a 6 star rating because Dr. Usher and his team deserve it!!

I'm a typical Scotsman,, scared of dentists.. I find them the greatest cure for constipation. I went to see Dr Usher 2/6/15. He put me at ease and explained what he was doing step by step.. 1hr later,, 3 roots canals done with no pain at all.. Going back next week for another and have no fear any more. Great Dr and easy going... If you're worried,, this's the guy to go to..

Dr. Usher was amazing! Going in I was very nervous. He introduced him and immediately sat down to take some time to understand my situation and explain the procedure and why it was necessary. It was painless! He has a great sense of humor and very pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend him.

I've known Dr Usher for over 20 years and he's always polite and respectful. I've been to see him twice for root canals and he saved my tooth. The procedure was painless and he had a wonderful chair side manner Made me laugh and who laughs at an endo procedure. His injection was smooth and painless and he kept me fully informed. I've sent lots of friends over the years and they really like him and trust him. To me that says it all and his fees are a specialists fees. It's what you should expect for that level of service. Anyone who's had a bad root canal with infection etc...may have wished later they saw a specialist! It's your health

I had a root canal done by Dr. Usher many years ago, and remembered that he was very skilled and knowledgeable with these procedures. I had a very painful tooth, and went to his office this week for a consult. To my relief, he fit me in the next day for the procedure. I was not disappointed. The procedure was painless, done in a short time, and outcome was great. His office had a very jovial atmosphere, and he and his staff were welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Usher for this type of procedure, as his experience, expertise and skill will make all the difference.
