I was disgusted that after paying $8000 when I wasn’t happy with the results and advising him, he charged me $500 more to get the results I should’ve had in the first place.

our first introduction to Dr. Steiman was a horrifying experience. It was my 10 year olds first visit to a Orthodon tists. We felt we were entering a Jail system. We had so much trouble entering the front door from the front desk employees .My youngest son had to use the washroom and they would'nt let him use the facilities until we enter the system properly with texting the patients information. I will never recommend Dr.Steiman to any friends or family.

Agree with other reviewers, after he took our money he couldnt care less about you. Charged $400 for "records" still fuming about that one as it wasnt included in the $4000 he quoted us for orthos! Staff were ill trained except for the head analyst of which they all had to ask "how do I do this" how do I do that? Hurt my child in the process.

very unfriendly staff and clinic. they do not help you. they do not like questions being asked. they trap you on your first visit with a payment for what they call ( records).

I had a horrible experience taking my daughter for braces. They gave me false information and pressured me to make a first visit payment.

Switched to this orthodontist after meeting with one more local. My dentist recommended. Loved it. My daughter is very anxious and was very relaxed and excited to get the work done. I also liked that he has a lot of experience and teaches at the university. Also was reasonably priced compared to the other place.

I always envied my friends with their beautiful smiles so as an adult I decided to have my teeth straightened. My neice was treated by Dr. Steiman and her smile is gorgeous. So I decided to have Dr. Steiman give me the smile I always wanted. From start to finish I found Dr. Steiman and his staff were very knowlegable and professional. I was always seen punctually and I could not be more pleased with the final results. Now people envy my smile. I would highly recommend Dr. Steiman for both kids and adults wishing for a beautiful smile.

During my second appointment and first actual procedure, his hand slipped while removing my wire and caused the tool he was using to cut into my bottom lip. I was left with a fairly deep and painful cut which is still in the process of healing. I didn't receive any form of apology nor did he admit fault for the mistake. Instead he lead me to believe it was nothing more than swollen until I left the office to see two deep and very obvious cuts. I am very unhappy with how he handled that and am now forced to deal with a potential scar left on my lip due to his mistake. Mistakes happen but an apology and admittance of fault would have been nice.
