We went for our initial assessment, Dr. Steiman was so kind, caring and very nice to me and my daughter. After that it went downhill. He barely has the time to speak to you. He came and looked at my daughter's teeth and proceeded to carry on a conversation with the technician about a trip she went on. So unprofessional. Even the technician seemed embarrassed. The guy is a phony jerk. The technicians were always nice, competant and friendly. The office staff appear to be ready to chase you out the door if they don't get their payment. I had full coverage for the braces so I had no reason to run but they nickle and dime you like they are a collection company. I would not go here.

I'm currently 26 years old, but when I was about 12, I got braces from Dr. Steiman and had them for nearly 3 years. I had an overbite and spaces between my teeth. Aside from the normal discomfort that goes with having braces, I don't have any bad memories or negative experiences to report about Dr. Steiman or his staff. They were all wonderful people and they did great work. To this day, my teeth are still very straight and I still have a thin metal wire on the back of my bottom teeth, but I hardly notice it. I would recommend Dr. Steiman to anyone. If I had children that needed braces, I would bring them to him.

We brought our oldest son here many years ago. Always provided receipts, provide clear information, and made the process very easy. Our son's teeth look great. Took our youngest child to a different orthodontist and that was a huge mistake - as we found out the hard way.

i believe there is a scheme between dentists and these braces guys to extort money. I am looking at my childs mouth and wondering what the hell is happening. why cant we allow nature to take its course and stop struggling with being so "orally corrective" when there are no extreme dental issues. ok so we are watching closely to see if there are really any improvements. Nothing yet after a full year. and by the way why is it that some folks who have had braces see to have retractive tooth.. you know those that gets so pulled back that they give a bugs bunny appearance...just wondering

My three children and myself had our orthontics done with Dr. Steiman. Everyone in the office is very helpful, polite and caring. If I had to wait it was for a very good reason, but hardly ever had to. We all have beautiful smiles and continue to receive compliments thanks to DR. Steiman. I would highly recommend my friends and family to this office.

we went to see this orthodontist for a consultation for braces for my wife and paid him $80 for molds and xrays and $380 in advance for a "consultation" three weeks later. But we changed our minds about using him. However, his office was closed for 2 weeks for march break and we could not contact them. When it reopened and we cancelled he consultation, he refused to refund the money for the consultation that we did not want. We think he is unethical and i would not recommend him to anyone. He actually smiled when he told us to our faces that he would not return the money to us. It showed the kind of person he is. I admit i made a mistake in paying in advance for a service. It taught me a big lesson. Don't make the same mistake we did. We trusted him and it was a mistake.

Did an excellent job - always on time - helpful. Explained everything in detail and the finisehd reults were excellent. Someone commented about the payments - we actually appreciated the receipts and detailed updates so that we knew what was going on. Also appreciated having an emergency contact for the times the brackets broke on weekends etc. Highly recommend.

His front office staff was so focused on money that I felt like I was doing banking rather than having my child's teeth fixed. I am on an insurance plan so they always received their precious money - but OMG!

I really begrudge paying this doctor 5000% only for my wire on the back of my teeth to snap approximately 5 times. I was told I didnt need a retainer to why are my teeth all spaced out again. MAYBE BECAUSE MY WIRE KEPT BREAKING and he refused to fix it...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. His staff are about the only thing he has going for him

I went to doctor Howard Steiman in grade 8 and got my braces off in grade 10. He told me everything he was going to do and how everystep of the way. Nothing hurt as he promises.He has a high number of awards and very good people skills. As for his office he very for all ages, however he does target young teens. The office is colorful and fun with a game room and colors throughout the whole office. His staff is amazing and funny. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!
