I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Glassman and his team. They were efficient, kind, and attentive. Dr. Glassman listened to my problems, asked good questions, and came up with a plan to address my complex skin condition. I feel very grateful to be under the care of Dr. Glassman and his team.

I had waited about one year for the appointment and I understand since my case was not life threatening so no worries there. The first person who saw me before this doctor was nice and thoughtful. Dr Steven Glassman, however, had no bed side manner, or perhaps he was having a bad day. He was very abrupt. He diagnosed me with rosacea, which I already knew I had, but I was hoping he would offer some kind of tips at least, since it was causing me repeat burns and bad blisters on my skin that were very painful and I was worried about scars. There's nothing that can be done about the burns he said. I had to ask about possible treatments that I had researched, since he offered nothing. He seemed pained that I had questions. I remained polite the whole time, but I felt so rushed. He said I wouldn't need a prescription if I wanted pay for treatment through a private clinic to make veins less visible, but it turns out that the place he recommended does require a prescription for rosacea treatment so I felt like he wasted my time. Every question I had, he answered with a quick answer and then OK? Like can I please go now? One of the worst doctor experiences I've ever had. One thing to note is this was a few years back before, right before the pandemic. I had forgotten his name until I saw it through some records recently. I hope he's changed.

I just love Dr. Glassman. He has been treating me for a few years and is the best out there. So kind. He found many spots that I didn't know were an issue and had them treated. His staff are lovely too. I am blessed to have Dr. Glassman as my doctor. Sue Fox

Waited nearly 3 years for an appointment with him and now I know why!! His treatment for psoriasis actually works- for the first time in my life it’s almost 100% gone. He is definitely inetly worth the wait!
