Immediate pain relief from TMD, neck, and shoulder pain..and I’m sleeping deeply. The best I’ve felt in a very long time. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Geffen and his colleagues high enough. Busy practice, and the consultation is straight to the point. An excellent outcome.

Finally. After seeing countless GP’s, specialists, a physio, a chiro, an osteo & an acupuncturist. This doctor was able to give me the CORRECT diagnosis. He also has a sense of humour, something that I find lacking in this industry. Not to mention he bulk billed me. As I haven’t been working the last few months because of the injury and have spent thousands trying to figure out what’s wrong, I really needed that. 100% recommend

Very direct and straight to the point - but he knows his stuff!
I had a complicated knee injury (broken bone, torn ligament and torn cartilage) as a result of a collision playing sport. Dr Geffen's original assessment and the extent of my injuries was spot on, before he even sent me for scans. He saw me through post-op recovery and rehabilitation and I cannot speak highly enough of him. I liked the fact that he gave direct yes and no answers and explained things to me in plain english. I would definitely see him again if I needed to.

I've seen many medical professionals over the course of my life. Dr Saul Geffen is THE WORST I have EVER come across. He didn't even introduce himself when I went in for my initial consult. He gave me the wrong treatment which made my problems worse. Threw his hands in the air when nothing worked and said in a VERY rude and obnoxious, condescending manner, "Look Miss, what do you want from me?! I can't help you!" I researched what to do next & suggested he write a referral to a Neurologist. "Doubt that'd do anything for you but if you insist..." The staff are rude & too busy chatting about their personal lives to assist patients. Dr Geffen was 'joking' around with them saying that he saw "a woman at a funeral and thought she was smoking hot". One of his receptionists said, "Dr Geffen, you can't say that, your wife's about to have a baby." I should have walked out of the waiting room right then and there but when you're desperate to be in less pain, you'll try anything to get better. His true character really shone through in that moment. Zero out of 5 stars. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS "DOCTOR"!!!

If you have severe pain and have not found help anywhere else - better call Saul! Dr Geffen is blunt and straightforward but genuinely caring. He may not tell you what you want to hear but if you are willing to put in the work he will change your life for the better. I cannot recommend him enough.

I could barely walk, excruciating pain in my back and wanted to off myself. Dr Geffen to the rescue. Down to earth, straight to the point, cares about you and your pain not previous diagnosis (or potential misdiagnosis). He gave me a cortisone injection based on pain not what the scans said. He nailed it. Can't thank him or the support staff at the Canossa Private anymore highly. Thank you for showing me the path that has light in it.

Finally someone who spoke to me in English. I went after back surgery that didn't help. I was depressed, addicted to OxyContin and fat. Dr Geffen worked out that I was depressed in two minutes. He asked me "are you depressed?" Sounds simple but no one else had bothered. He organised spinal injections for free (bulk billed) he changed my meds and got me to gym and most importantly a psychologist. I still have back pain every day. I still need medications but I've lost 12 kg and go to the pool 3x a week. I'm off OxyContin. Yes he's blunt and busy but he knows his stuff. Ps that other reviewer who said he "pressed his back but didn't exam him" that is an examination. Do you want someone to give you opiates or a sick note go somewhere else. If your suffering with severe back pain go.
