Dr. Dionne was amazing. He spent so much time with my during my visit and explained everything. The assistant answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful as I had a lot of troubles with my tooth. The receptionist was helpful with billing my insurance and explaining the process of getting to the clinic. The Root canal went amazing and the healing was slow as it was quite infected. Dr Dionne and his team went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I trust him to do all of my future root canals. He is very knowledgeable and kind.

I had an excellent experience today Sep12, 2022 at Tower Endodontics. The staff members were pleasant and easy to deal with, from Angela, to Rhonda to Dr. Dionne.
Even before coming in person, I was given the information I needed over the Tel. The office is very well organized:
1. I received a package via email with detailed directions and where to park.
2. They take care of the parking which makes a difference. In the winter time you don't need to walk outside as the is an indoor pedway that leads to the clinic.
3. The online registration is easy to do
4. Once at the office, I filled an online form.
5. Angela at the front desk was professional, competent and pleasant.
6. Once inside I was taken care of by Rhonda (not sure if I am spelling the name correctly) she explained to me every process, was patient and thorough.
7. Finally the last step was seeing Dr. Eric Dionne: he explained to me well what the issue was and the option. He was honest and frank.
Overall like my previous visits of few years ago before the pandemic I was very happy with the experience and will not hesitate to go back.

Dr. Dionne is a friendly, forthright, caring professional as is his staff. He took time to discuss the procedure I believed I was going to have as well as alternative courses of action. This was important to me as the proposed procedure may not have the best prognosis for success based on the results of his examination of the tooth. He provided all the information we discussed in the consultation also in writing to me, and my dentist, so I will be able to make an informed decision on my future treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Dionne because of the friendly professionalism of he and his staff who also handle the submission of paperwork to my health insurance company, payment of patient parking fees, etc. For a very apprehensive patient, Dr. Dionne put me completely at ease.

The office personnel were very helpful and thorough in their explanations! Dr. Dionne provided the service efficiently and in a timely manner. I couldn't expect better treatment than what I received. Thanks to all the staff at Tower Endodontics!

Needed a root canal for an extremely painful tooth and was dreading the whole process. Not only did he completely resolve all pain issues after the first session, my recovery period was just one day. His friendly personality and his wonderful staff made the entire experience so much better than expected. You absolutely cannot go wrong putting your trust in Dr Dionne.
