The price they quote you on the phone is PER lip..NOT the full amount you'll be charged for, which will be double the amount the quoted amount . I just wish people would be transparent at the outset.
I did think it as a little strange that they wouldn't give a receipt that I could submit to Brilliant Distinctions.
That said, the outcome was ok if a little lopsided.

Watered down shots, very rude receptionist, bad customer service, block you if u complain

My friend and I went to dr Lee Thomson clinic for botox to remove the wrinkles on our foreheads . My friend got 30 units and I got 40 units,
We waited for 6 weeks we both haven’t seen any results and our foreheads were still relaxed, the wrinkles were still there, and if I frown or squint my brow folds up just like it always has. which is not normal after 40 units of botox. I called their clinic after 6 weeks and told them there was absolutely no improvement and we are not happy with the results. I asked them to make follow up appointments with our injecting physician because we do require a touch up, but they rudely told me I know your threats and your contact number will be blackmailed.
They take your money for treatments that are so watered down and you see no results then
refuse to give a refund or any touch up. Don't waste your time and money on them!

Dr Thompson is wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and skilled . He is the only Dr to go to for lip injections and Botox. My daughter and I adore Jeanie. They are so accommodating and kind. Never pushy. I highly recommend Dr Lee Thompson. I’ve been a patient for 9 years.

I found his wife (the receptionist) to be incredibly abrupt regarding appointment bookings - there's definitely no frills in the customer service. I visited Dr Lee a few times for Botox treatments and he was very fair - never trying to push me to get more (at a much higher cost). However last time, he did convince me to get my frown lines treated and it doubled my usual price. Despite this, there wasn't much of an effect - I could still frown and the lines were still pronounced so it wasn't worth the extra money in my book. I think I'll shop around next time.

I don't understand why eople continue to complain about their lips when they get lip fillers. The results have nothing to do with how Dr Lee Thompson administers lip filler. Your lips are your lips and sometimes lip fillers won't work and that's on you. I have small lips, I did the mini lip, HUGE DIFFERENCE. I loved my lips and it's been almost 10 months and there's still a difference; my upper lip does not retract anymore. I will be going in soon for more! So tip guys, just because your lips didn't properly work doesn't mean he's bad at his job. Maybe, your lips need a full, it all depends.

Dr. Lee Thompson is fantastic. I’ve been to lots of different doctors for procedures, and he is by far my favourite. With other doctors, I’ve wasted a LOT of money in the past, but this man does not try to sell me unnecessary treatments. I received much more attention after getting his subtle mini lip injection, which altered my confidence in such a positive way. I will absolutely continue seeing him for botox and minis!!

I have been working with Dr. Thompson and his nurse Jeannie for close to 10 years and have always had great results. I have had a multitude of treatments from Botox injections to IPL treatments to Fractionated Laser treatments. I also use the skin care lines they carry in the office which have changed my skin. They have always taken great care of me and I never feel like they are upselling or pushing me into anything I do not need. I fully recommend visiting them for any of your skin care needs

I have been doing some research on who to turn this over too so it does not happen to another client. It states below it will last 2 - 5 months. Beware if you are a first time person looking to get your lips enhanced .. this mini treatment DOES NOTHING. I have submitted a inquiry to the "College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia " to see if someone can periodically check on the products used in the industry. Maybe he is getting a kick back from his distributor. Stay tuned i will be posting the outcome.
