Horrible!!!!! Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and checked in; then we waited 45 minutes before getting up to ask why we keep seeing ppl walk in and out and I hadn’t been called in yet. Was told he was running behind by staff who did not even look up and blatantly disregard my presence . Then After 10 more minutes staff approached me to fill out a form that had nothing to do with the appointment, I said I had filled it out the first time and was not interested…..a whole hour and so after my appointment I left with out seeing the doctor….. absolutely unprofessional, The appointment before this one was also horrible, when I did see him he was rude, uneducated about my condition, and was trying to push me to use an out of insurance service (form I did not sign)……. I try to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he clearly doesn’t care about certain issues or treatment of certain patient populations….. absolutely do not recommend Dr Gopal.

Dr Gopal and his team have greatly improved my mobility and quality of life and at 75 years old that is quite an accomplishment. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Very rude staff and incorrect lab results! Never timely- very long waiting period. Don't take patients seriously! High staff turnover! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Too many PROFESSIONALS to put up with this mess. Also, unsanitary conditions! Bathroom usually dirty and NO SOAP! REALLY!

I feel SO MUCH BETTER than the years that I have been suffering! THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. GOPAL! THANK YOU Nigel! I came to Dr. Gopal already on many pain meds from another state. More medication than he was comfortable prescribing on the regular. So right from the start the plan was to lower the dose of the meds I was taking. Fortunately for me, Dr. Gopal’s clinic offers so many options other than drugs (although I stayed on pretty high doses for a long time) I did get to try physical therapy, Temms therapy, I had back shots on two separate occasions. The first time around not such a great impact but the doctor asked me to give it one more try. I am incredibly grateful for the gentle nudging. For me the second time was the charm. I am now mostly pain free. My future is so much brighter. There is no way for me to properly thank them for what they have done for me. I have not listed all of the programs available to the patients’. If you hurt, Give them am call. Remember if there is a wait, it is because they are good at that they do & everyone else wants to get in to see them too.

Dr. Gopal took care of me over 12 years ago and treated me for Siatica. I've returned for treatment from him due to the great treatment I received and would recommend patients who want to go for PainMangagement to go see Dr.Gopal he would be the best choice. I am a patient.
