5 dayd to recieve and perscription via the internet!! Unempathetic and unprofessional.. I needed to change my time for an lumbar injection, they can not acomidate me until end of August!! So-called "Pain Management". Dr. Gopal was nice but his "staff: needs much to be desired.

I would recommend everyone that has pain to him great doctor and amazing physical therapy department they add additional location in Yonkers and Bronx Blv.

I highly recommend dr Gopal. His approach is minimally invasive, and his goal has been to quickly fix my joint problem and then to educate me to keep it healthy with simple exercises. He is courteous and his staff very helpful.

Dr Gopal is the nicest Dr, he is very patient listening and answering all my questions. Highly professional, very knowledgeable, and any advice from him I put in practice, it works as a remedy. And yes, I recommend it to anyone I know that may need his expertise.

Went to Dr Gopal office for a sciatica pain. Checked in and waited about 15mn before the physician assistant took me in and ask me all the right questions, Dr Gopal came in and knew exactly how to treat the problem. It took about 3 visits and i was totally satisfied. No insurance overcharged, no useless prescription and very professional staff. I will recommend his office.

I have been to this office three times and have yet to see the doctor. They make appointments at 9am and tell you they don't know when the doctor is coming in. This is not the fault of the staff, it is the fault of the physician who clearly does not care about anyone's time but his own. I will not be making a third appointment. I am FINISHED.
