Update. now he wants payment in full for braces he no longer wants to make sure are fitting me correctly and said I can deal with the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer said legally they cannot work with patient directly, therefore if he will no longer ensure they fit me correctly I would be stuck with an item. He will not let me try them on without payment in full. I cannot bring myself to pay for them if they are still not good and he won't help any longer. He actually called to start an argument about payment when for 3 months I've been going in/out of his office and not a word about it, even when I asked while standing right there. I thought I paid for them already in full. Also, the one I have isn't even the foot that's giving me problems. And its not level with my other orthotics, how can I wear just one?!?!?

Ordered braces to help me walk better and without pain. Paying $800 for them because they didn't come back before year end. They were digging into my ankle bone so they were sent back. Each time they get sent to the vendor I'm told it will be 4 weeks to come back. They were returned in early January, 3 to 4 weeks later they returned again without seeing me he sent the back. Come to find out now that they weren't re-working the right spot. Now sent back a 3rd time!! Its frustrating to spend this much on an item and take this long to even use. He asked me how to make it right. But when told, he denies the ability to ask the vendor to expedite this for the THIRD time Nov to February! Guess that's my punishment for being vocally frustrated at my Feburary visit. I work in business and know anyone can request anything of a vendor, you just have to be willing to go all out for your patients - especially when the mistake wasn't the patient's. Very disappointed.

I can't believe I waited so long! I had an ingrown toenail that was so painful! Dr. Moyles put me at ease and am now walking without pain!

Dr. Jared Moyles and his team are exceptional! They really cared about my overall health. Dr. Moyles, Ana and Kathy were all very good at explaining each step I would go through, and even helped me stay distracted while I was getting a shot! because they seemed to care to much and explained everything so throughly, it was quite easy to trust they're medical expertise. Hopefully I won't need to return, but if I did, Dr. Moyles would be the first person I'd call. Highly recommended!
