It was my understanding that they were very short staffed on all three of my past visits yet the were very efficient, and friendly. I work in health care too and know how easy it is to have one sour face just set the patient off but even though they were short staffed and only one assistant was working both she and the Doctor just happily rolled with it.
I would never have known they were short staffed had it not been for the apology I got when I had to wait five minutes for an X-Ray .
Heck on a full staffed day where I work patients can wait up to an hour before they even see the Doctor .
Here they mailed me the paperwork ahead it took maybe ten minuets checking in and the assistant called me back right away . She and the Doctor tag teamed my time there and one, two,three I was done.

Best visit I ever had each and every time .

i broke the big toe on my right foot.
went to see dr. durney the very bext day,
after getting x-rays and given a prescription for tylenol 3 for pain
at the wuesthoff medical center er in melbourne, fla.
the er dr. and my pcp both told me to keep the toe wrapped,
and at minimum, keep the toe buddy wrapped for about 3 weeks,
not long after getting into one of the back rooms,
the nurse takes all of my info.,
then takes 3 x-rays of my right foot
after about a 20 minute wait in one of the back rooms,
dr. durney comes in and i tell him what the er dr. told me.
dr. durney tells me "yep, it;s positively broken"
but, i don't think you need anything done for it.
just leave unwrapped and let it heel on its own
all he did is look at the x-rays and give me his take on what to do.
and nothing else. no treatment for the brake. nothing.
then he tells my partner naomi and i,
"your a big boy, you can deal with the pain on your own" and left.
if i had listened to dr. durney,
this broken bone could have worked its way out
through the right side of my big toe causing more damage to the big toe.
the "only reason" the broken bone in my big toe on the right foot
is heeling is due to the wuesthoff medical center er dr.
and my pcp. and "n o t" dr. durney.
this dr. is lucky i don't sue him for malpractice
but i still might ! ! !
