Dr Ross is an initial good surgeon but doesn't do well with follow up. Leaves you feeling hopeless if you have problems after surgery. His nurse Julie shows genuine concern for you.

Good at performing surgery, but afterwards brushes your pain and concerns off as no big deal. Admits he doesn't know what the causes are and doesn't do any kind of testing to help locate issues you have since surgery.

Dr. Ross was the on-call surgeon the day that I presented to the Emergency Room with acute abdominal distress which required surgery. Dr. Ross explained everything in detail, putting me at ease. Excellent surgeon, very patient focused and knowledgeable. His nurse Julie, is very kind and always answers questions and returns phone calls. Highly recommend Dr. Ross.

Fabulous surgeon. Minimal pain after surgery. Excellent nurse - always answers calls - very personable. Dr Ross explains everything thoroughly, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Would highly reccommend him.
