Office nagged me to come in one month after first visit. No explanation was given. Nothing unusual was wrong.

Attentive to problems as described by the patient (me), but not very thorough exam. Difficult to reach office by phone and to get response directly from the doctor.

Very unpleasant office staff. Didn't care one wit about my ill mother. The snotty appointment girl didn't like my being upset with their ineptitude and lack of compassion, so took it out on my elderly mother -- so mature. I wonder if this doctor even knows that the office staff is making very poor decisions impacting his reputation. They were supposed to call back for my mother to give her information and never did call. I called to see what happened and the girl had the gall to say they won't make an appointment for my mother because she doesn't like me. What doctor worth his salt would ever allow that???

Wonder how this youngster managed to get through med school. Arrogant and irresponsible. Does not return phone calls. Does not see patients himself but relies on nurses and nurse practitioners to carry out his responsibilities. Out of town when he's supposed to be on call.

Dr. Eichenbaum is arrogant and inconsiderate of his patients time. He will leave you waiting, whether in his office or the hospital well beyond acceptable allowances and offers no explanation or apology.

He is well qualified & cares for his patients. His charge for a 15 minute office visit went from $123 to $313 in 2012. Some of his office staff is brusk to the point she hung up on me without offering an explanation why or how the charges would triple in price. And outsourcing the billing does NOT result in tripling the charges. 2012 URC based pricing for a 15 minute office visit [cpt = 99213 should be $125] Charging $313 is way over the line!!!
