Forget this guy. Terrible ,money hungry. Threw me and someelse out when he was getting ready to quit. No waring nothing. His so called staff said leave or we will call the polcall unless we pay now. Wish I new about D.P.R. THEN. Department of Professional Regulations I'm sure on a complaint like that they would have slapped him with a nice little fine I suggest anybody who's having a problem with this guy to call them. He may have quit now but you still might be able to get him a fine. Not only that he has some so-called attorney in Jacksonville trying to collect funds that he claims you owe.

I'm 70 yrs. old, in good health , but with major back pain . Do yourself a huge favor and avoid "Dr." Fassy and his pain management facilility . He is a phony person and the least caring dr. I have ever known . He is money oriented first and patient oriented a very distant second . He is a pretty good salesman , always ready to sell you procedures and appliances you don't need

Does not care about your condition. Bills for unnecessary tests. He bills medicare over and above a normal rate. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. Talks openly about other patients. Told me about his neighbor wanting pain pills. Stay clear from this one!

Very bad experience! He has no compassion for people in pain. He actually admits to personally taking steroids which can account for his erractic behavior. Very unprofessional and talks openly about other patients. He went so far as to talk about his neighbor wanting pain pills. Screams at his staff. Don't know how he got his license to practice medicine and over prescribes meds that will kill your liver!! He obviously writes his own reviews because all the bad reviews are very true. He's one big RED FLAG! I should have read reviews before going.

Dr. Fassy is the BEST pain doctor in the state! He takes the time to understand, diagnose and properly treat his patients - he is compassionate and caring. His staff is very knowledgeable, Mary, Pat and Ross are wonderful! Any negative review about this doctor is surely from drug seekers/abusers. Dr Fassy is a no no-nonsense doctor when it comes to rx'g medication as his specialty dictates him to be. Dr. Fassy has treated and coordinated my care for almost 4 years and I can honestly say he has saved my life. His skill in performing delicate epidurals is extraordinary. Dr. Seemed nice although never examined area I was there for and staff unprofessional and down right rude on phone over $600.00 billed for drug screen one and only visit felt like pillmill sad so many people addicted due to this type of practice

When I read the negative reviews and responses from disgruntled patients & family, I have to wonder how many are have drug seeking behavior and have been busted by him. As for the family members who are so concerned & feel that he is handing out to many meds, I have to wonder if they have EVER been in pain. As for the person who is responding to good reviews, I have to wonder if YOU have ever seen a psycotherapist??? Just the fact that you are responding to the reviews like that leads me to believe that he busted YOU! I have been with Dr. Fassy for 8 years now & have recieved the BEST CARE EVER!!! He is the ONLY Dr. that actually reads my records at the beginning of EVERY appt. You sign a contract with him that CLEARLY states what he will and will not do. He does insist that you follow up with your other Dr.'s because pain meds can mask symptoms. He is very thorough, I have all records sent to him! He looks at your all over health & has called my primary several times. God bless him!

Dr Fassy is ok, but his office staff is not. His accounting dept kept hounding me with phone calls for months for $237.00, when all I owed was $75.00, which I had already paid! His accounting dept said my ins. co. paid me $237.00 and actually called me a liar and a fraud when I said my ins. co. did not send me $237.00. I ck'ed with my ins co and verified I did not owe Dr Fassy $237.00, nor did I get a check for Dr Fassy in that amount. I wrote a letter to Dr Fassy telling him of his unprofessional staff and being called a liar and a fraud! He did not have the courtesy of responding. In my view money became the driving force, even when you dont owe it!, not helping patients, and I removed myself as a patient. I have never seen such an unprofessional staff in my entire life! I dont appreciate being called a liar and fraud by anyone's staff!

Extremely rude front desk staff. I was given scripts for pain meds and I had my first of 3 lumbar injections scheduled. The injections did not provide much relief. I do remember most about one of the injections was laying on my stomach waiting to go under anesthesia and hearing Dr. Fassy yelling about the next patient after me. Totally unprofessional behavior for a physician.Dr. Fassy told me my hormones were horrible and had me go to a hormone dr. I was prescribed hormones, thyroid medication. I have never had a problem in my life. My hair started falling out in clumps by the root. American board of medical specialties, http://www.abms.org/ search Dr. Fassy. He is not listed. Is he not board certified in pain management?
