Dr. Nathalia Mesa is the lead physician at Sarasota Immediate Care and has been a lifesaver to me over the past year. She is very caring and a true professional. She has a great personality and is a consummate medical professional. She is a dedicated doctor who is knowledgeable and caring. She spends lots of time explaining treatment options and medications as well as procedures that she orders. The staff are also excellent.
