I waited 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. Although Dr. Schnapp promised to provide results the following business day, 5 business days later (and 5 days following receipt of all results from the lab), no results or treatment were provided to me, despite repeated telephoned requests to Dr. Schnapp's staff. What good is a specialist's bedside manner, without follow-up or treatment of any kind?
