I've received terrific care under Dr. Wong, his NPs, & nurses. I wish I can say the same about some of his front office staff, particularly Gloria & a relatively new woman whose name I didn't get. I've been routinely ignored, received curt answers to my questions, & feel that I'm being tolerated, at best.

I have also witnessed patients left in the waiting area without consideration. Seeing an allergist requires periods of waiting. Some staff have are unsympathetic to patient needs & are cold.

Dr. Wong is a superb diagnostian and teacher. He changed my life completely. I am forever grateful.
