Dr Evans and his staff are the best. Courteous, professional and show extreme interest in helping the patient . Plus Dr Evans going to UofA Medical school shows the high quality of education and practical knowledge he possesses

Do not go to this Glendale location. They senter the wrong dosage and ended up filling 2 of my 5 scripts for only 2 months when the others were for 6. These were non narcotic s. I called to have them fix thisand was told I would have them fix this and was told to come back in 2 months again. That means another copay and i did not even see a doctor or able to speak to one on the phone. Staff did not seem to know what they are doing. STay away

I've been seeing Dr Evans for the past 3+ years; first in Tempe, now in Scottsdale. Never had a problem!! Dr. E and his staff are always accommodating be it fitting me in last minute to filling my perceptions - Never A Hassle - Dr. Evans has an incredible upbeat attitude that carries through his office. The staff are an energetic fun bunch that keep it light vs. your typical MD office with the cranky receptionist, uptight office manager and the 'Dame it Jim, I'm a Doctor' Dr. mentality. Its the high light to my Fridays - with the exception of Happy Hour. 'Roger'-

I have been going to Dr. Evans office for about 7 months now and prior to that, I was being seen at the Tempe Location. Ive had no problems with either office. Dr. Evans Staff in Scottsdale has always been quick to take care of any billing questions and scheduling needs. I always look forward to seeing the staff due to how friendly and welcoming they are. Ive read the other reviews and am honestly surprised at the negative comments. But I guess you cant please everyone all the time.

I HONESTLY FEEL BAD FOR THIS DR. I DON'T THINK HE HONESTLY KNOWS WHAT BOZOS HE HAS WORKING FOR HIS MANAGEMENT STAFF. I AM A FIREMAN AND I HAVE A BUNCH OF BUDDIES WHO GO TO THE OTHER LOCATIONS AND THEY LOVE IT BUT ABOUT A MONTH AGO I WENT INTO THE SCOTTSDALE LOCATION AND WAS SUPPOSE TO MEET WITH A "CHIP" A FRONT DESK STAFF ASKED HIM TO TAKE A SIMPLE PHONE CALL AND I HEARD HIM SAY TAKE A MESSAGE I DON'T FEEL LIKE IT YOU WOULD THINK BEING IN THIS BUSINESS HE WOULD WANT TO HELP PEOPLE??.. THEN I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY PAYMENT AND NEEDED TO BE REFUNDED I SPOKE TO A MONICA WHO NEVER GOT BACK TO ME WHICH I LET GO BECAUSE SHE SEEMED SO SCATTER BRAINED I KNEW I WOULD GET NO WHERE WITH HER SHE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, LAST BUT NOT LEAST THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SO RUDE TO ME WHEN I WALKED OUT I ASKED HER NAME TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HER "STEPHANIE" BUT WITH THESE MANAGERS RUNNING THIS BUSINESS NOTHING WOULD EVEN GET DONE ABOUT IT. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE MY FIRST TIME INTO SCOTTSDALE WAS MY LAST!

I do not recommend anyone go to the Scottsdale office. Molly the receptionist is your first warning, and it gets worse from there. I've seen her upset several patients then when they leave, she calls all of her superiors to tell them only her side of the story. Dr. Evans insist that all his patients were very very thin. I heard him tell a patient that it was healthy that she lost 80-93lbs. In 6 weeks, come to find out she's very I'll with stage 4 osteosarcoma. He's sees on average 11 patients in the first 1.5 hours of working that morning. I've started looking for another physician after hearing Molly talk poorly about the patient she had gotten discharged that has the stage four cancer. The poor patient just needed a chance. If we can't trust our physicians to help with our health, to whom should we trust? AVOID SCOTTSDALE INTERNAL MEDICINE AT ASK COST. DR. EVANS IS THE NUMBER ONE WORSE DOCTOR HEARD OF.
