360 Physicians and Health Partners is a premier concierge medical practice that places an emphasis on building a strong direct relationship between the patient and physician. Our core objective is to ensure the patient’s health care and wellness goals are met. Our patients are very busy professionals that want their medical needs handled in a timely manner and need direct access to their doctor without waiting days for a call back or having to jump through a bunch of hoops. Dr. Klem is available evening and weekends to his patients, and all patients interact directly with Dr. Klem, never having to go through nursing staff or a physician’s assistants first.
