The receptionist needs to be replaced in my opinion. As for me I think the remaining staff is a 9 out of 10 . Dr. Cox is a really great endodontics and if you have a problem he is great about doing whatever you need to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend both Dr Cox and Dr Lambert

Rude receptionist. My local dentist made an appt for me at this office. I called to reschedule because I had a meeting. Receptionist was extremely rude!! Later I found out that she called my dentist's office to say I could no longer be accepted as a patient. Glad I couldn't and didn't keep the original appt!
