I am 36 years old and have had several Physical Medicine doctors. Since I was 19 I have had 3 ruptured disc along with lots of joint problems. I can tell you if you are looking for a doctor to tell you what you want to hear do not look at him. He and his team are great. They provide a great service with great results to increase your quality of life. I have seen him almost a year I would highly recommend him. I have had several procedures done with good outcomes improved condition no infections.

Don't waste time going to a traditional large office spinal surgeon: Go to Dr. Pinzon and he and his staff will be very successful with your in office procedure ! RJ Nelkin

Dont go to this man. I saw him for a bulging disk in my back, he gave me two spinal injects which helped nothing, and then sent me back to the physical therapist I had seen previously. Im 23 years old so I don't think this is pain i should have to live with for the rest of my life but he seems to believe so.

Do not go to this man!!! The positive comments MUST be from his own people. If he was able to make me pain free for the rest of my life I would decline and spend my money with a decent person.

Dr. Pinzon is a no nonsense professional. He cured my sciatica and fully explained every procedure and what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Pinzon and his staff.

It was an hour past my appointment time before he came into my room. When he was ready to see me he entered without knocking, didn’t take the time for introductions, hardly looked me in the eye, and didn't take the time to hear my concerns. Dr. Pinzon is the rudest doctor and one of the rudest people I've ever seen. He talked over me, didn't want to hear anything I had to say, and was short when I asked questions. Please save your time and money and be seen by someone who cares. Doctors, like everyone, should have common courtesy. By the time I left his office I was close to tears because he was so rude and insensitive.

Dr. Pinzon is wonderful in my care. I have degenerating spinal stenosis-surgery is a final solution (but low%). Have had 7 knee surgeries,30 year period, still in constant pain. "Found" Doctor P after hiring&firing N.S. dept. at Vanderbilt U. Met with Dr. P on 8/3/11, he performed numerous right side FACET INJECTIONS on 8/5/11. Got up off table after 2 hours-had no knee pain whatsoever, and still don't (1st time in 20+ years). My spinal pain was immediately very limited (2/3), 2 weeks later returned & Dr. P injected my left side 8/19/11. My spinal pain is almost non-existant(0/1). I have my life back thanks to this doctor! Can now do extensive yard work, golf, drive a car w/o radicular/siatic pain. 30 days ago I walked with a cane, today I am pain free. Am examining having another procedure with Dr. P. He worked hand in hand with my neuron surgeon(U.TN.) throughout--great to have a team. His staff is excellent. Certain reviews claim slow @ appt. So what, he is serving someones pain!

Dr. Pinzon is a very intelligent and helpful doctor. He talks to you with respect and gives you many options for treatment. I have been seeing him for several years over my back problems and he has helped me tremendously. He offers non surgical suggests to avoid surger if possible. Although not the friendliest he is very knowledgable and one of the best in my opinion.
