I just had the RFA procedure performed two weeks ago by Dr. Smith...I cannot say enough good about it! For the first time in five years of back pain, I am pain-free! This procedure borders on medical magic! OMG!

My experience with the front-office staff, counselors, medical staff, follow-up team and of course, Dr. Smith herself - was entirely positive. They are professional, engaging...and answered every question (and I ask lots of those [smile])!

Terrible Experience. Dr. Smith does not care about the patient's opinion whatsoever. I was in complete shock. Her way or no way. Seek help elsewhere.
