Dr. Sternlof and his team were able to finally give me answers. He performed a complete psychological evaluation which helped me understand that my anxiety was also causing problems with attention. I appreciate how he was direct and straight to the point. He also had clear recommendations on treatment options. I feel so much better knowing for sure what I'm dealing with and confident in my treatment and counseling goals. I would recommend Dr. Sternlof to anyone without hesitation! Thank you.

I thank Dr. Sternlof for helping me deal with my anxiety and depession in a positive way. Before I saw him, I couldn't sleep at night or work during the day. I am now able to keep emotions under control and am back to work. I also appreciate how Cheslea (the office director) was able to help with insurance questions and make it easier for me to understand. I am thankful for Dr. Sternlof.

I saw Dr. Fernando who works with Dr. Sternlof and under his supervision. I think both of them really care about me and the problems I was having. My experience at this office was the best. Dr Sternlof is an extraordinary psychologist. He creates an environment that makes it easy to connect with him. You never feel rushed, and always feel heard. I would and have felt comfortable referring family, friends and anyone in need of a good therapist to him. His Office Manager, Paige, is an excellent addition to his team.
