He set up procedure then cancelled it and tried to double charge me and the insurance company. When this was brought to his staffs attention neither he or his staff (who wouldn't let me talk to him) would discuss the situation. When they were called liars and cheats they became offended and kept hanging up on me. I guess they think they can lie, cheat and try to steal from people and those same people are going to handle it politely. Not likely. Their pocketbook was more important than my health. Nice job Dr Carter and company
