Dr. Chelly did my trigger finger release surgery, she explain the procedure and what she would be doing. Her bedside manner is bar none the best I've ever experience, I've seen other doctors and had other surgeries, and this was a very stress free experience, Dr. Chelly was very caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anybody, she's excellent!!

First visit was good and a CT scan was scheduled regarding my issue, follow-up visit scheduled. Went for the f/u visit and Dr. Chelly advised they could not find my CT scan, she even "personally" visited the hospital. I left her office, called the hospital records department. Left her office, drove to the hospital, picked up my records, drove back to Chelly's office and hand delivered my documents. Her staff advised the dr. would call me. Took 4 days for her to call and her attitude was very unprofessional, she acted inconvenienced and I am PAYING HER to be MY dr! I contacted another surgeon who is willing to work with me. I would NOT recommend Dr. Chelly, her customer service is the worst of any dr. I have ever had, I am VERY disappointed.

This lady has been horrible! Each time we have come to her we have had to wait over an hour. My husband hurt his hand and she said we needed an MRI done. It took her a week and a half to get it scheduled. Then after it took 17 days to read the results. This is very excessive. Turns out my husband did have a torn ligament in his hand and because of their slowness it is now worse. 1 full month it took for them to get their stuff together. I would recommend staying as far away from her office as possible!!

Be sure to ask her BERFORE the surgery what she is going to do to you! Make her put in in writing or something. If she changes her mind during surgery - you have no choice as to what she does!!!
