Dr. Ross is one of my all time favorite Doctors! Even though I go in to see him to get a shot in my knee I still come out smiling because of his personality and bedside manner. He couldn't be nicer and always makes sure to explain all of my options to me, is always careful to listen to and address all of my concerns, and never rushes me out of my appointment, so rare these days.
