I’m a new patient who recently relocated to MS. This experience has been and still is a nightmare! I haver never had any dr only spend 5 minutes on a new patient visit. I waited over a hour and was told dr has a busy day to come later to get my script. 30 min later I received a call from the rudest nurse who had issues concerning my prescriptions and needing labs. I was told it would only take 10 min for the results and my meds would be called in immediately after. My labs were completed by 2:30 yesterday and it’s afternoon and still no reply, meds, explanation or return call. I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is. I definitely do NOT recommend.

I suffer with severe migraines daily. My first appointment was 9/19 all of 5 minutes. I had my brain scan 2 weeks later , she gave me a sample of an injectable medication to see how it worked but we scheduled appt for other medication , the staff and office manager does not return calls or follow up and as of today I have been seen by Dr Grow because they cancelled my appointment. I have no idea what my brain scan shows either and still in pain.

Listens, is professional, kind, empathetic. Does what she needs to do and I'm on my way. Front desk staff are eye rollers and rude. Nurses in back are kind.

This Dr. is absolutely horrible, the staff are always rude. You sit in the waiting area 2 sometimes 3 hours before being seen by her nurse who seems to care more about the patient then the doctor does. I kept telling Dr. Grow that I am still having epileptic episodes as I did when I was a child and her response was " its all in your mind, your blood sugar is low and you have low bp lets start you on some med to get your blood pressure in normal range" so I took the medicine for months blood pressure was fine and I made sure my blood sugar stayed in normal range. It happened again with the bad epileptic episodes this time at work for everyone to see it told her about it and she say,''well maybe you need to see a psychologist because I truly think its all in your head" lady as if my life isn't already screwed up enough I have been having these things since I was a kid and came to you after my neurologist retired and you don't do a thing to help me but as long as you can charge my insurance a ridiculous amount of money to fund those thousand dollar Louis Vuitton bags you have hanging from your wheel chair. I will never go to this doctor again and I will never use memorial neuroscience center ever again none of them in my opinion are fit to treat a dog.

My husband saw her today. He also so her in the hospital where he was being treated for a stroke. The test come back okay. Even though you can see he is still have issues from the stroke. Having a neurologist that treats my seizures she was terrible. I know for a fact came come back normal. They have to catch it when it happened. Has a chip on her shoulder. Also when we asked for her do the paper work for my husband short term disability from work she didn't. We asked than sign a release saying he is 100% to go back to work. My husband being a veteran she told him to return to the VA and let them figure it.. I saw a few nice comments on her to be honest it was probably on of her staff members..

I'm on agreement with the comment one hand on the door...This Dr has no time I sat in a chair , she entered the room, did not introduce herself , and said what's your story? Maybe JUST a bad day. Also Gulfport Memorial is so Robotic in their assessment and charting, you might as well go to a KIOSK. NO eye contact, as your talking ,they are busy entering the info in a computer...

This dr is one of the worst ever. One hand on the door handle and one on the prescription pad. I Had to suggest possible treatments to her. Definitely would not recommend.
