As a result of dealing with this man, I am receiving treatment for C-PTSD. Threatened to recommend that the courts take my teen daughter away unless I have constant contact and communication with my emotionally abusive ex. He literally told me that he saw no reason why we shouldn't still be married and that my ex, his girlfriend, me, and my partner should all go on a date.

Dr. Weinstock was a no B.S. kind of psychologist. I appreciated the way he was able to sort out our very challenging divorce, offer concrete suggestions to both of us, and suggest counseling for our son who was really the biggest victim of our crazy tough divorce. He help us both see what we were doing to our son. Thanks.

I read the reviews before and after meeting with him. The negative reviews are correct. This man appears to care more about the money than the case. Why the judges give him any credit at all is immensely perplexing. He does not seem to care about ethics at all, rather he only cares about fueling his own ego with reports to the court that are not truly representative of the case.

I was very impressed with Dr. Weinstock. He was my third Parenting Coordinator. The prior two did not take the time to listen. He was much more structured and fair. Thank you for caring for our family.

Dr. Weinstock has been the parenting coordinator in my case. He is in a difficult position to help settled differences between parents who are unable to reach agreements. Dr. Weinstock has always been very fair and makes sure a compromise is reached and BOTH parents have to give and flex to reach these agreements. Do I always like it, no, but I certainly understand. If given the choice between going through the court system or having Dr. Weinstock involved on a more personal level helping navigate post-divorce parenting situations, I would high recommend Dr. Weinstock. The situation of not being able to agree post-divorce sucks, having a competent, timely and ethical approach to get through these legal issues is hugely helpful and he has done an outstanding job of making sure both parents are heard and we each work to reach compromises that are best for our children.

Dr. Weinstock has worked with many of my clients and has handled many cases in which there were significant mental health issues and/or substance abuse issues. He has been both the Parenting Coordinator and the evaluator on these cases. He has, in my opinion, made excellent, well reasoned, and thorough decisions in the best interest of the children. I have at times disagreed with his conclusions, but they have nevertheless been very well reasoned and based on substantial support. He is often tasked with being a neutral with very difficult personalities. He is not appointed in matters unless there is a dispute that cannot be resolved or unless the parties are in high conflict. He is one of a few well qualified professionals willing to take on the very high conflict and difficult personality cases--and I am therefore not surprised that some are attacking him. I would and do regularly recommend him to clients and colleagues.
