I am a father and I am very surprised at some of the negative comments about Dr. Weinstock. He was very fair and objective. He called out my ex-wife when she was inappropriate. I don't see him as favoring women as some claimed. He is very fair. My suspicion is that those negatives are more about those litigants and not about Dr. Weinstock

Dr. Weinstock provided free services to my family and helped us stop the conflict after our divorce. Thank you!

This professional saved my relationship with my son. Thank you for seeing through the garbage spewed by my ex and her attorney.

We received a 20 pg report which most of its content was filled out by both parties prior to attending the appointment via FCE School Consideration Form. Weinstock merely cut, paste, and merged both parents forms and made minor discretionary revisions. In conclusion, Weinstock’s "final assessment" was summed up in a 4 sentence (113 words) paragraph that grossly ignored the best interest of our child. Both parents agreed during the session that changes needed to be made regarding a new parenting schedule but was ignored by Weinstock. Instead his four sentence conclusion was formulated on logistical challenges regarding the number of drop-offs and pick ups each parent would incur. How does the number of "pick-up&drop offs" that parents undergo relate to the best interest of the child? Logistical driving challenges are not relative. Both parents cumulatively spent an excess of $1300 for a SINGLE session with Dr. David Weinstock. Talk about "buyer's remorse!"

All situations are different from other situations: In my case I have been through what others my call negative comments but they're true... Dr. David Weinstock creditability is not the best I have seen he is bias and when confronted of this will take you to court after one visit, he does not listen to you if you are a male and grants the female everything she wants without consideration for the well being of the kids and on top of this he will take you to court for non-payment of his bias and discriminator work. He is a private person working for a profit and should not be able to continue these dictating action on to his clients. This benefits no one in this case beside the person he chooses to go for. He admits he is bias, bias for the kids, well being if that was the case he would know that both parents in a kids life matters a lot and not to subject another parent out of their life. Its understandable if that parent has a drug issuer or has criminal background. which should be proven in the court of law.

We have had multiple providers in a very high conflict case. Dr. Weinstock was the first to cut to the chase, focus on facts and objectively try to resolve our issues. I can imagine that in an area of practice with a lot of very unhappy people, he did a good job.

Expensive but he sees through mental issues people have and does what is the best for the children. As a parenting coordinator he is fair, reasonable and does not put up with pretentious garbage. I would recommend him if you want the best interest of your kids. those that have placed negative comments probably did so because they did not get what they want, he probably gave what is best for the kids and they are bitter. the office staff is friendly and the wait is very minimal.

Dr. Weinstock made my situation worse than it was to begin with. If he is appointed to your case, do whatever you can to have a different parental coordinator. It was a bad experience right down to his office staff. His office was difficult to find. The staff was condescending and out right rude. Dr Weinstock thinks he is God. He does not listen and does not understand. He is only interested in the money he is making. He has absolutely no interest in the well being of your children. He should be removed from this position.

This doctor is willing to work with difficult clients, like my ex. He did a wonderful job trying to keep the peace. I suspect those who write the negative comments are much like my ex. Unhappy with everyone!
