He saved my life after a car accident that I was in so much pain after pelvic fractures. I was in and out of emergency room several times until i got scheduled with him. I now am able to survive without pain control not that I still don't have pain but can now control with over the counter and rest. It did not happen over night this has taken several years with him and now it has been 3 or 4 years since my last appt. Not completely free of pain but able to cope better . Dr. Salguero got me through the worst part

Dr. Salguero is by far the best doctor I’ve been so very blessed to have, I’ll start off with wait time I’ve NEVER EVER waited even on a day I WAS LATE more than 30 minutes and I was so elated that they even saw me on their time. Dr. Salguero has always I mean every time I’ve seen him been very attentive to what’s best for me and after all he is the doctor and so far SPOT ON. I’m thrilled today yep today one day after my pain injection I’m up I’m cleaning my house a little literally got out my bed walking in a normal way, until you suffer as I do you have no earthly idea the pain I endured. I don’t care what anyone could ever say about this doctor but in my book you don’t get better than Dr. Salguero, his staff has been the highlight of my visits not once not even in a slight way has the staff been anything but wonderful too me. I highly recommend this Doctor on so many wonderful levels thank you to all of you at APM Pain Management out of Tulsa, OK for giving me my life back. Laura Caudle

Treated me and caused some other problems and when asked about the problems he knocked me out and gave me a treatment anyway. Also gave me a treatment while I was having DT,S from his meds. 2nd time i had been going to him for a year and taking shots and then other treatments. Also just to be fair he gave me a drug test I had some meds from another dr that i took and he refused to give me meds and treated me without telling me he wasnt giving me meds . He did give me another drug test a week later and it still showed the drug and during the mean time i hurt so bad that i got a little pot to help but that isnt the point.I also have other life and death medical problems.Reminds me of politicians and lawyers.Talks a good talk but when confronted won't tell you anything just knock you out and continue to do as pleases so he can make that money. Then dropped me when I complained. Used the drug thing to do it.and tried to pass me to a different female Dr that was new to the clinic. wouldnt talk to

Very personable, explained why I was having issues and explained a treatment plan. Had no problem prescribing narcotics. Front desk person was curt. Check out lady was pleasant. I booked an appointment that did not get scheduled on the day I thought. Office does not offer confirmation calling so I missed the appointment which cost me $35. Don't expect to talk to them on Friday afternoons as they send the phones to the answering machine at 1 P.M.
