Would have him perform same procedure again. Kind, caring and an expert in his field. Explains procedure and recovery time in detail, asks patient and spouse if he/she has any questions, and continues this in post-surgery visits.

Dr. Francel is an artist! The small line from my abdominoplasty is perfectly symmetrical and nearly invisible-- unlike the "Frankenstein" scars I've seen from other surgeons. My subpectoral breast implants are so beautiful (SO PERFECT!) and natural in appearance that people are surprised to learn they're enhanced. Also, I'm normally uncomfortable with male physicians, but Dr. Francel was so kind and compassionate that he immediately put me at ease. During my consult, he addressed all my questions and fully informed me of his policies. On the weekend post-op, Dr. Francel took time out of his family event to call me to ensure I was recovering well. Subsequently, I've had laser skin resurfacing, botox, and other cosmetic procedures by Dr. Francel because he ensures you're fully satisfied with the result. Regarding cost: If you want the best, you get what you pay for with Dr. Francel. I highly recommend him to everyone, especially when strangers compliment me on my gorgeous skin!

After having triplets three years ago, it was a must for me to have some "corrective" surgery done. A friend recommended Dr. Francel to me and I couldn't have been happier. I have excellent results from my tummy tuck. I was even asked by another physician who had performed it because he was looking for a plastic surgeon for his wife as they had also just had triplets. He was very impressed with my result! Six months ago and I had breast augmentation and again my results are superb! Dr. Francel is the kindest, most thoughtful and thorough doctor of any I've been to. Dealing with his office staff was also another pleasure. Each time I came in they knew who I was without even telling them my name and they treated me like a friend. This doctor and staff are the best!

I have never written a review for a service provider, however, I feel so strongly about my experience with Dr. Francel that I decided to write this review. Dr. Francel is an exceptionally competent doctor. He has operated on me on five occasions and the results have been nothing short of miraculeous. His compassion is only exceeded by his extradinary knowledge and high level of perfection. The results of my operations far exceeded my expectations. In addition his staff is very caring, professional and knowledgable. I have recommended him to several business associates and friends. Their experience and results were equally as impressive.

I usually don't go on these type of sites but because I was so happy with Dr. Francel and his staff, I decided to write a review. I absolutely love Dr. Francel. Not only is he so caring but, most importantly, he is incredibly talented. I was thrilled with my results(augmentation). He took so much time to answer my questions and make sure that I felt comfortable. Dr. Francel is truly an artist and pays so much attention to detail. I also appreciated that he is honest and told me what I didn't need(very refreshing to hear). Love the staff too- I currently go to Marilyn Francel(in the same office) for my skin and she has literally changed the appearance and texture of my skin-so that I didn't need any surgical enhancements. The blueberry peal is my favorite.

I have been a patient of Dr. Francel's for 5 years and love both him and his office staff. They have all been very helpful and knowledgeable in all respects when it comes to surgical procedures, as well as non-invasive aesthetic procedures. All of my results have been awesome!

Dr Francel fixed a botched surgery that someone else did and I was quite pleased with the results. I found him very caring.
