I was so happy when I found Dr. Arevalo. My prior Internist retired (who was excellent) so I was nervous when I had to look for a new physician. She is knowledgeable, thorough and really takes her time with me. I never feel rushed when I am in her office. She is great with reaching out with lab results.

The reality of the 15 minute doctor's visit does not exist with Dr. Arevalo-Valencia. This is a caring, insightful, patient doctor who has transposed the values of the "old time doctors" into the 21st century. She is an excellent diagnostician and will take the time to explain the next steps in treatment. Secure enough in her knowledge to know when you need a specialist. Calls are returned, usually after she sees her daily patients. She is fluent in Spanish which will bring a further degree of comfort to Spanish speaking patients.
