Dr Kraftowitz made me wait 30 minutes and because I asked why I had to wait he hollered at me and told me if waiting bothers me to go find another doctor

Dr. Kraftowitz has always shown genuine concern for my health. He tries to catch any problems that might surface based on my tests and results at exams. He gives reasons for his recommendations which are clearly understandable. It helps me to see need to make adjustments. I have already recommended Dr. Kraftowitz to friends. I have complete trust in him.

Dr. Kraftowitz has been my family doctor for over 20 years. He is sympathetic and very helpful regarding my health issues. He is conservative and will not put you through tests unless needed. He has been on target with all of our health needs and has never been late. The medical center is extremely sensitive to appointments. I have recommended him to friends and family. He is a great doctor and very knowledgeable. I followed him from the Bronx and we have aged together. Thank god for someone like him! May he have a long life.

Dr Kraftowitz genuinely cares about his patients. He scolds me to lose weight for good reason - it will have a major effect on the rest of my ailments - Diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol. He follows up well and clearly answers my questions about why he's doing what he's doing. I like him as my general practioner and his Medical group , while going through some growth and improvements, is making the proper needed changes to remain an important part of the Westchester community.

Great Doctor and medical group. Treatment and plans of care very personalized and easy to follow. I don't always hear what I want to hear but always what I need to hear! Follow up and medication (refills/renewals) are always prompt and appropriate.

He made me wait very long and showed up after 45 min. Very rude. In a different ocassion he didn't let me in with my husband who had an appointment and was in pain. We would definetely going to switch Doctor for someone more proffesional, punctual and more caring about his patients.

DOCTOR SPENDS LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME WITH PATIENTS, VERY CROWDED WAITING AREA AND OFTEN WE SPEND MORE TIME WAITING TO SEE THE DR THEN YOU DO WITH HIM.

THIS DR. WAS EXTREMELY LATE AND SPENT NO TIME EXPLAINING TO ME WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS. I WENT IN FOR AN ELBOW INJURY AND HE SIMPLY STATED FOR ME TO PUT ICE ON IT. I COULDVE MADE THAT ASSUMPTION MYSELF. DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD DOCTOR

I went in for a regular checkup and he told me to lose weight. I told him that I had been exercising heavily lately and asked if lean muscle had an impact on target weight. He told me that diet mattered just as much and to lose 15-20lbs. While I could stand to lose another 5 lbs max, I am in the best shape of my life and had(and still do) a relatively low amount of body fat. I asked about other tests to see what my BMI is, and he consulted a chart. For me to lose additional weight would have been dangerous and I was surprised at this diagnosis. On top of it he was extremely late, which is common I know, but still rude and unacceptable.
