I had a spot on my back that I was worried about. They looked at it and took it off for a biopsy within a few minutes and I went back for the results a couple of weeks later. Everything was fast and everyone was pleasant.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful the nurse was wonderful and kind. Drove over an hr to get to see dr hays and he was in the room for no more then 5 min was very hurried and rushed. He referred us to his partner and didnt ask any questions or answer any. Needless to say I'll be seeing a different doctor.

Waited a long time and I needed to get to work! Nurse was thorough and kind. Doc was hurried and impersonal. Froze off a bunch of skin tags on my neck and it HURT. He said they’d fall off in a few days - took 8 days before a single one fell off. They were swollen and painful. I don’t think he gave me enough info before freezing them.

Staff was great. I waited over an hr in waiting room. Dr. Hayes didn't take anytime to ask me any questions. They did a biopsy I zero answers and referred me to an allergist.
