Dr Dugan is amazing. I have been seeing her with my daughter for over a year & I cannot recommend her enough. She is caring, compassionate, & not to mention funny. I feel fortunate to have found her.

Seeking a customer experience that compares unfavorably with the DMV? Well, look no further. Be prepared to languish while this unorganized, unprofessional provider confirms she is accepting new patients, takes your personal information, and strings you along for months only to inform you, upon yet another customer-initiated inquiry, that she is unable to schedule you. Dr. Dugan may offer a better experience for her current clients, but as a prospective client, I highly recommend sparing yourself the frustration I experienced and looking elsewhere.

Dr. Dugan has been counseling me since my son was killed in Afghanistan 6 years ago. I was paralyzed with grief. She gave me excellent practical advice for coping with day to day life. She is compassionate and real. She is my optimist.

Absolutely love her!!! When I first came to her for help I was totally desperate well still am, anyways she came highly recommended from a co-worker. I was very hesitant about seeking help but I'm absolutely glad I did . She is a very genuine compassionate doctor very easy to talk to. I always leave her office with so much hope.

I needed a psychologist and I chose Dr. Dugan based on her location and this may sound funny but her name. Anyway, no regrets. I have been seeing her for over six years and she has helped and supported me through some really rough times. As others have said, she is down to earth, easy to talk to, compassionate, empathetic, genuine and I highly recommend her.
