Had a horrible experience in the ER. Was first seen when I came in, but then forgotten and warehoused in the exam room. 4 hours later, after asking about the results of the blood test. The doctor and nurse finally came back. Dr. Baynes denied that he told me they would get an x-ray. ((I would probably forget what I told the patient too if 4 hours had passed before seeing the patient again.) I wasn't given a blanket, ice pack for the very swollen knee nor a pillow to elevate the knee. Was very unhappy with my experience at the Grande Ronde Emergency Room. I would rather die on the road or die of an infection before I would go back to this facility. There certainly needs to be some accountability towards patient care and timeliness from time of arrival to diagnosis to release.

Dr. Baynes was very respectful throughout my entire visit. Not only was he precise in his diagnosis, but was very accurate in prescribing a correct treatment plan. Dr. Baynes continues to encompass all goals and values of the American dream. Anyone who says otherwise is a Nazi and should have their head examined...by Dr. Baynes.

Very rude, unwilling to listen, argumentative, ignored beliefs, concerns, will never again see this dr nor recomend to friends and family, very disappointed. Do not trust this dr.
