Dr. Tassan provides outstanding care. He takes time to explain thing clearly and always allows plenty of time for questions to be asked. He literally saved my life. Eternally grateful.

Dr. Tassan was the Best. He explained everything; both good and bad. His office staff were always helpful and kind. He treats you like a person and not a number and spends a lot of time to explain what's going on. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.

For routine visits appointments and prescriptions the office is adequate. Requests that lie slightly beyond making an appointment appear to be a monumental hurdle for certain people in the office. When requesting medical records over 20 phone calls and 8 faxes were needed before having an altercation with Terry, the office manager who was rude, insensitive and inconsiderate in following up on what had not been done. She made excuses for her staff and said that things were done when they clearly were not. She even mailed "evidence" of her fax records which clearly indicated all faxes that I sent but only one (that day) that they sent. When trying to obtain a much needed letter for surgery from the office due to a last minute denial from the insurance company the office was unable and unwilling to assist in a timely manner. Jennifer was rude, inconsiderate and heartless and ultimately hung up on me. This is no way to run an office and this behavior had been discussed with the Dr.
