I've been a client for about 20 years. The last few years have been a nightmare! I've shown up for 8:30am appointments and the door is locked. Office staff has been rude. The Dr. orders unnecessary labs saying insurance will pay, then I get the bill. Today was the last straw! I had called to confirm my appointment and ask if I should fast prior to the appointment, and was told no. The Dr. said "we need to do blood work, are you fasting?" OMG! Then when checking out I was told I had to pay for today and the previous appointment (6 months ago) one of which should have been an annual physical - 100% covered by insurance! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Always in a hurry, he used to take time to listen. Turnover of employees is fast, there are always new employees except for one who has been there the longest. She is very efficient and takes time to explain and hopefully she does not leave who is the backbone of his practice.
