Shortly after moving to Ocala, FL I became a patient of Dr. Ravi Koti. Dr. Koti's careful monitoring of my pre-existing blood cancer and his quick and thorough treatment when I needed emergency care rates him and his staff an "excellent" in my book.

I received a call from his office on Monday to confirm my appointment yesterday. When I got to the office for my appointment I was told by the same person who had confirmed my appointment the previous day, that my insurance didn't send the approval after I drove for my appointment. As soon as I got home I call my insurance company and I was told my approval expires on December 14, 2020. There was no reason for me to have my appointment yesterday.
Obviously the staff didn't check with my insurance company. To me the lack of consideration for their patients from the staff is that's unacceptable!

Dr Koti and his staff are extremely efficient and makes you fell that you are the most important patient that they have. They are terrific and always shoe super concerns for the patient

Dr. Koti is terrific. When my 81 year-old wife was diagnosed with advanced multiple myeloma (bone cancer) at the end of March, Dr. Koti prescribed chemotherapy which she tolerated very well. By the end of July my wife was in remission. By mid-August she was back on the tennis court. We think Dr. Koti and his staff are wonderful!

Dr Koti & Staff are amazing & make every patient feel like family. His office is extremely clean & warm! Dr Ravi Koti LISTENS to his patients without judgment & then discusses a plan for them! During treatment he checks on each patient before they leave his office! His staff calls you by your name as you walk in the front door...asking how you’re feeling! This is a wonderful little gem for our area & I highly recommend them for all of your hematology/oncology needs!

Dr Koti has been treating me now for more than a year. I have found that he is very interested in my health & care. He is easy to talk to and understands my health concerns. His staff is always helpful and friendly. I have not met one of his staff that has been rude or disrespectful to me or my family.
