Having been a patient with Dr. Ho for the last 5 years, I can honestly say he is good Doctor. However, I had a run in with the office manager. She was nasty, condescending and couldn't give you the time of day to correct the billing error that occurred. Because of the complete lack of professionalism, I found a different doctor which probably was the best move I made. If you're going to work with the public, try to learn manners!

Dr. Ho is an adequate doctor, but is not willing to fight for his patients,easily intimated by the office manager, thus making him completely ineffective. The office staff is abused by the Office Manager, who also is the founding doctor's wife (currently practicing). Aside from her indifference and sense of entitlement, she is rude, verbally abusive, nasty and condescending to the patients, refusing to be helpful as she is totally content to provide the bare minimum. I can absolutely state without hesitancy, that this was the worst experience I have ever had. My advice, find another doctor- STAY AWAY!!! The aggravation is just not worth it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kasing Ho in Englewood NJ for the last 7 years. Dr. Ho is a dedicated individual and a highly regarded professional with years of experience in his field. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking high standards. The office staff is professional and always treats me with respect. Appointments are easily made as well - PK
