Dr. Ely has been very helpful with the problems I am having with my right eye. Her diagnosis was spot on. She doesn't hesitate to refer me to a specialist for a second opinion.

My appointment went very well. Dr. Ely was very polite and professional from the moment she introduced herself. This will be my first experience with no-line bifocals and she was very helpful during the exam. Thanks for your help Dr. Ely, I enjoyed our conversation.

When I met Dr. Ely I found her very knowledgeable. She found the problem with my eyes. She recommended an Ophthalmologist who was very thorough also. Dr. Ely has also followed up with me on several occasions with calls etc. She is a quality Doctor and very caring to her patients. Pleasure to be around and to be my new eye Doctor.

The staff was great. Kind, considerate and helpful. Dr. Ely on the other hand was both abrupt and condescending. I will gladly return when she is no longer there. And yes Dr. Ely, we found someone to give us a complete prescription including the PD number and no, I was not being rude to you. I was being firm. There is a difference, especially after the condescending tone and attitude you projected. I would recommend people looking for an optometrist to look elsewhere.

Have always loved going to Sam's Club to take care of vision needs. Just moved to Clarksville from another state and had hoped to get same quality of vision care as I had from other Sam's Clubs in the past. Loved the store & the staff, my only disappointment was with the optometrist, Dr. Ely. She almost had me in years because of her abrupt manner & made me feel like I purposely was damaging my eyes when I told her the redness was due to seasonal allergies and NOT due to over-wearing my contacts (which I hadn't worn in two weeks BECAUSE of my allergies). She told me this before even checking my eyes. I am truly disappointed because I had hoped to continue using Sam's Club for mine & my family's eye care needs but will now seek out an ind. optometrist. The exam was brief & she seemed rushed. Her recommendation for prescription & eye care differed so much from past routine exams that I knew I needed to go elsewhere. I paid out of pocket so that I could use my ins. benefit elsewhere.
