The staff is excellent. Dr. Smith, as mentioned before is the smileingist doc on the planet. He treated me well and I'd go to him again.

I suffer from severe tonsillitis and produce tonsil stones. I came in as a new patient looking for hope and relief of this painful and emotionally paralyzingly issue. Dr. Smith asked very few questions, did no extensive evaluation or treatment, and sent me on my way with in 5 minutes. I would not recommend this doctor. He was not thorough, and had no time or interest in researching the root of my problem. I left out feeling unsettled, helpless, and like I wasted my $50 co- pay

While Dr smith is very nice, his staff never answers the phone, we're not helpful and neither Dr Smith. He ordered a CAT scan to see lumps on my neck were there so evident, all the money spent was wasted!Do not recommend him at all.

Very good bedside manner. He was kind and helpful and I believe he figured out what my throat problem was. His assistant was very kind and put me at ease.

He was the most smiling doctor I have ever seen :) I left his office in a very positive mood. I had a very sore throat and he diagnosed a bacterial infection and prescribed antibiotics and a nose spray. I cannot rate his accuracy in diagnosing and treatment since I have just started taking the medication. I would definitely visit Dr Smith for my future ENT problems.

Dr. Smith misdiagnosed me and it's very disheartening because I've now learned after more tests, with other doctors, that I have thyroid cancer. I wasted two months trying to take care of the thrush (yeast infection of the throat) that Dr. Smith diagnosed me with. I took the prescription they prescribed me & after going through the first one and not fixing the problem I called the office and left a message with Dr. Smith's assistant asking if either I should come back in to see if maybe it wasn't thrush or refill the prescription. She said she would call the pharmacy to refill without hesitation. If they had at that point offered to see me again and re-evaluate the problem I wouldn't be nearly as upset. I should've gone with my gut because after getting back from my appointment with Dr. Smith I looked up thrush & I had only one of the symptoms, lump in throat, yet no difficulty swallowing or the white stuff on my throat or tongue. He is nice with a good beside manner, just be careful.

Dr. Smith had a wonderful smile on his face during my entire visit! What a nice guy. Explained everything in advance and seemed concerned with my problems and wanted to solve them.
