I've been seeing Dr. Story for over 15 years. He always takes the time necessary to answer all of my questions and I never feel rushed. When I have appointments late in the day, I tend to have to wait a long time. He calls to follow-up on bloodwork within a few days, sometimes on Sundays. The office staff is friendly. The phone lines could be handled more efficiently as hold time to make an appointment frequently exceeds 10 minutes.
