Awesome doctor. I wouldn't go to anyone else!! He is very kind, attentive, takes time to actually listen to your problems and addresses each and every one of them.

Since Dr. story's retirement we switched over to using Dr. Roberson a year prior to being aware in order to become familiar to him before Story left! We have felt completely comfortable with his experience and knowledge and his highly functioning 'listening' to his patients and keeping detailed notes of our visits. He is the best kept secret in healthcare and we are blessed to know this. The best!

Very professional and personable. He always takes the time to listen and to discuss treatment options. These days it seems that doctor’s #1 priority is to get you in and out as fast as possible; that is never the case with Dr. Roberson

Dr.Roberson is on time, listens, asks questions, is interested in his patients and NOT rushed. He is not a pill pusher who rushes to zip you in and out of the office. I am thankful to have found such a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor.

In October, 2010, my opinion of Coppell Family Medical Clinic greatly improved due to my appointment with their newest physician, Dr. Matthew Roberson. I was going to stop going there because I felt that two of the other/older physicians did not genuinely care about my health. They were in such a hurry to get through with me that I felt rushed to respond to their inquiry as to the reason for my visit. Also, with both, I experienced negative comments lacking in empathy about my concerns and/or after asking questions. -------About Dr. Matthew Roberson: the first thing I noticed was that he was not rushed or acting impatient. That made me relax a little right away. He looked me in the eye when talking with me and seemed genuinely concerned about my reason for seeing him. I highly recommend Dr. Roberson. He's the only doctor at Coppell Family Medical Clinic I plan on seeing. Or, I'll go to their clinic inside Market Street grocery store.**** I hope the other two doctors retire soon.

Dr. Roberson is the best doctor I have ever been to! He is very thorough with each client. He is very knowledgable and never makes you feel stupid for asking a question. He is also very personable. If you have a question or problem after the visit and leave a message with the office, he calls you back personally if he can. He listens to his clients which I have found hard in many doctors. Most think they must know best because they have the education. I HIGHLY recommend him!
