Wonderful and compassionate Dr.! Lovely office and staff.

Dr. Klima was my primary care physician. I was in an auto accident and taken to the emergency room where I went through x-rays and CT scan and was released with brusing from seat bealt and air bag. 5 days later I could not breathe well and was in great pain due to the brusing. I went to Dr. Klima for assistance and she told me ahead of time I would have to pay her office visit in case (175.00) since it was an accident. She spent 15 minutes with me and checked my vitals and said she needed the hospital report before she could treat me. The brusing was quite obvious and I was in a great deal of pain. She charged me $431.00 for the visit and would not let me leave without paying and did absolutely nothing for me. I went to CareNow where they treated me without question. Dr. Klima could not tell what she did that cost $431.00. I have since changed primary care doctors. I do not trust her at all.

After my first visit had to reschedule for a second visit to have my gyn exam (the reason for my visit). Charged for "surgical tray" which was a violation of their ins. agreement. Mysterious charge about 6 months after last visit, which my ins. co. said I didn't have to pay, but that the dr office sent in wrong form. Couldn't get a hold of anyone at the office to send in the right form they just kept sending me bills threatening to turn me into a collection agency.

Horrible experience. I was billed $350 for lab results after a physical then threaten to send me to collections for having a two dollar balance. Worst ever

I am new to Texas and was dreading meeting all new doctors. Dr. Klima was great! She even called me "my friend" which was so nice to hear considering I know NO ONE here in Texas. :)

Dr. Klima's compassion and concern, coupled with her wealth of medical knowledge, are the key reasons why I gave her stellar ratings. She treated each family member with outstanding care while we were her patients. We would still be in her practice if we hadn't moved away. I am still looking for a doctor with outstanding credentials and superb interpersonal skills like Dr. Klima.

Truly a wonderful doctor.Dr. Klima is extremely knowledgable with a very wide scope of practice. Just ar great taking care of my kids as me. The office is beautiful and very peaceful, the staff fantastic, and the wait generally nonexistant.She will always go out of her way to do what is right for you and follow up to make sure that all is well. We have never had trouble getting same day appointments when ill
