dr. kapil's been our family doctor for a few years now. She is extremely knowledgable. Give prompt answsers, understand her patient needs. My entire family/extended family goes to her. Don't need to wait long to see her and get's right to the point. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a smart/intelligent doc. that knows what they are doing.

It is appreciated that the doctor not only took care of me in this Clinic but the referral to the specialist and subsequent follow-up with the specialist, imaging and labs by the doctor is truly appreciated. It is always pleasant to visit Dr. Kapil's office. The doctor and her staff is friendly. If there are medical issues, they get diagnosed and resolved quickly. The Doctor and the staff care about the patient and their expenses. We always appreciate the great care that we have been receiving for years (before in Las Colinas and now at Coppell). Thank you.

Our family has been seeing Dr Kapil for the past 12 years. We have had great experience. My kids even see her too in teens. I always feel Dr Kapil takes time to respond to our concerns and best of all she diagnoses well and is not hesitant in sharing the facts and truth about illness. Thank you.

I feel the same way as the other reviewers. I feel rushed and she thinks it's the first time I've been there but my son has been going there for almost 5 years. I just hate to switch and then have to gather all these shot records from different places when registering him for school.

My past visits with Dr. Kapil are always rushed. She does not care at all. You ask her a question she give you a quick answer to just get ride of you. My recent visit, I have to recognize that she is making efforts to change. She was making conversation..

Every time I go into see her, she never remembers me. She always asks me my age and if I have any children. When I go for my yearly check-ups, they always feel rushed. Don't get me wrong, she's a nice lady but to me she's not very personable.
