I have been a patient of Dr. Kline for 25 years. I was very happy with her but in the last few years I have grown increasingly displeased. She dropped all insurance participation yet refuses to allow me to go to a participating lab so that it is covered by insurance. She stated she would not medically interpret the results to my care if I did not have it done through her office. She missed a diagnosis of gallstones which was eventually found by a specialist.
Nicole the desk assistant is wonderful but there have been numerous back office assistants over the years. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I was a patient of Dr. Kline's and I regret that I ever met her. She missed a life threatening infection that I was suffering from. She did not order the appropriate test to diagnose my condition. My symptoms were consistent with the infection and because of my employment I was at high risk for contracting this infection. Nevertheless, she failed to recognize the classics symptoms that I had and prescribed medication that made my condition worse. She insisted that I had "depression", "chronic fatigue syndrome" and "chronic bronchitis" Eventually, I went on my own to an infectious disease doctor and was correctly diagnosed. The infectious disease doctor informed me that the medication that Dr. Kline prescribed should not have been prescribed before ordering specific test to rule out the infection. And because Dr. Kline had prescribed this medication it delayed the correct diagnosis. I wanted Dr. Kline to be aware that she had made a mistake with me medical care. Therefore I made an appointment with her to tell her that I had been correctly diagnosed and to inform her of what the infectious disease doctor had explained to me. She was incensed that I was telling her that there was a mistake with my health care. When she heard this she went into a rage. She was rude, obnoxious and yelled that I should "get out of the office" and "don't ever come back here again." Dr. Kline's error resulted in irreprable damage to my body but I was fortunate because it could have been fatal. Despite Dr. Kline's horrific medical care and the damage to my body I now have good health.

I have been seeing her for about 15 years. I always liked that she takes time to talk to the patient before the exam. But this time, she was really rude and insulting to me. I don't have to take that, so I got up to leave. She was furious that I was leaving, and started chasing me, yelling at me. She told her staff to escort me out the back door. She yelled at me that I was never welcome in her office again. As if I would go back there ever!! Then, she sent me a polite letter asking me to call her and come back to the office. Ha, no way.

I have gone to Dr. Kline for 15 years and think that I could not get along without her. I feel like sending flowers or a thank you note after each visit! I am a healthy 69 year old woman which Dr. Kline celebrates!

You are never made to feel rushed. Dr. Kline is wonderful about taking the time to talk to you and work with you to achieve and maintain good health. She keeps up with current medical knowledge. She strongly encourages patients to take an active role in their own health care.

I would give her higher ratings if they were available. I have multiple medical problems, and she manages them all with finesse, knowledge and care. She never talks down to me, and always finds something positive to say. The few times she has hospitalized me, she has gone out of her way to see that I am taken care of. I have been seeing Dr Kline for over 15 years and only hope that she never retires! That goes for Nicole (her front office staff), and Kimberly (her PA), as well. Truly a remarkable doctor and staff who honestly care for their patients in every sense of the word.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kline, or her staff. She's bright and really takes the time to get to know and really work with patients. I left Wasington 10 years ago, and now travel 60+ miles to DC just so I can be treated by her. She'll be my doctor until she retires or I expire. No one else compares.

In my opinion, there is no better than Dr. Kline. I have been her patient for 15+ years and will be with her until she retires. Clinically, she really knows what she's talking about and goes the extra mile to help you. She's got a great bedside manner. She's kind, caring, gentle, extremely bright, knowledgeable, and really listens to her patients. She's very honest with me and tells it like it is. She's referred me to excellent specialists when I've needed it. I trust her implicitly. Her front office staff, Nicole, is also the best. She's been with Dr. Kline as long as I've been going to her and is the most helpful and knowledgeable office staff that I've ever encountered.
