Horrible experience with the office staff. I was supposed to be put on a waitlist a year ago and was told that I will be called back when the spot becomes available. I was referred to this Dr by another healthcare professional and I truly needed her help. When I called today to check on the status they informed me that they called everyone from the waitlist of last year and I wasn’t there. Ridiculous! I’ve made no comment or drama on the phone but simply to be put on a waitlist again and was denied with no explanation. I tried to get help through the main office of Englewood Health and patient relations dep personnel was very understanding, she spoke to a doctor herself but she answered that she doesn’t take new patients. I understand it is the case now. BUT excuse me, it was your office personnel’ mistake that I wasn’t put and/or called of the waitlist and you still refused to fix it. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dr. Tartakovsky is by far the greatest doctor out there! She is thorough and attentive, and she always goes out of her way to provide the best care. Her office staff is also very helpful.

Very impressed with Dr. T! From my first physical a few years back to every appointment since, she has been thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and very kind. I have recommended her to many family members and friends!

Dr. Tartakovsky is the best internist I've ever had! Extremely knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Spent time with me and listened. Followed up on everything. And has a good sense of humor. Excellent care all around.

Dr. Tartakovsky is a true gem! Not only was she very thorough during my latest routine physical and followed up afterwards to see how I was feeling (something no doctor has ever done for me), but she always seems to genuinely and truly care about me. With previous diagnoses, she has meticulously discussed every possible option with me, listened diligently to my concerns, and made sure I recieved the necessary and proper care. Dr. Tartakovsky is incredibly knowledgable and professional, and the staff is lovely as well! I've been referring family and friends to come to Dr. Tartakovsky for years, and would strongly recommend her to anyone else out there looking for quality care!

Dr. T is knowledgeable but her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. She only looks at one symptom at a time and doesn’t look at the ‘whole’ picture. She is very fastidious and likes to run many tests. Not a good listener.
