Horrible experience. Only cares about himself. I’m disgusted with how I was treated.

Not sure what is happening at this office, but it has gone down hill. Takes weeks and weeks to get results back (if at all!!!) and even when results are not good, despite several calls to follow up! The telephone calls are outsourced to a foreign country and the representatives barely speak English and are unfamiliar with what is even happening at the offices. They pride themselves on same day appointments, which often is NOT the case. Despite what they try to preach, DO NOT trust this office for your medical care needs!

Doctor Azaz is a knowledgeable, caring, respectful and kind. Longer than ideal wait times are because of his willingness to squeeze you in when needed and his thoroughness. At one time, he had a PA who was very inappropriate; that young man didn't last long with Dr. A. One caution: DO NOT assume that your electronic prescription has been received by your pharmacy as their system doesn't always work. Saturday and evening appointments are available.

SOME, not all of the staff should be educated in compassion, judgement calls, and overall good public relations. Dr. Azaz is a doctor of compassion and in no way does he rush his patients out the door. He's a five start physician with a very soft demeanor. Punctuality needs a great deal of improvement when most of the time it's well over a half plus that the doctor is behind schedule. I'm a person who completely understands emergenies arise, situations occur, however, my last wait time was well over an hour. Dr. Azaz, please install cushioned and well padded seating if we are to wait for such an extended duration.

This doctor is selective as to which of his patients he would actually meet with. He has his staff some of whom are not nurses give examine and give diagnoses
